Our bread mix is perfect for anyone on a low carb diet, especially on ketogenic or Atkins diet. It is also gluten, wheat and soy-free. The carbohydrate in the bread mix is under 6%. We developed it to be keto-ready and gluten-free with no compromise on the taste and texture.

The Ketochef bread mix is almond and pumpkin-based, it does not contain any sugar, soy, bamboo fibre, yeast, konjac, wheat or gluten. It is only from natural ingredients, no artificial colours, additives or preservatives.

Recipe for bread (560g) or 8-9 rolls:

250g flour mix, 380 ml water, 2 tablespoon oil, 2 eggs (size M), 34 ml apple cider vinegar

Cooking instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix the water and cider vinegar together. Mix the flour, oil, egg and the water/cider vinegar together in a bowl. Mix together until a soft dough forms – due to the Gluten Free mix the dough will not be as smooth as other bread mixes. The dough will swell nicely during the baking. Form a small ball of the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes it can be shaped into the bread shape you desire or divided into more balls of dough to make rolls. Place a baking sheet on a baking tray and place the shaped dough on it. With your oven now at the correct temperature, place your baking tray in the oven. For Bread bake for 60-75 minutes. For bread rolls bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy it!

Note: The flour mixture contains psyllium husks, therefore it is important to drink an adequate amount of water along with or after you have eaten the bread.
