Recipe:

125g Pizza Base Mix, 2 eggs, 100 ml water, 10 ml apple cider vinegar, 10 ml olive oil or any premium quality oil, Italian seasoning

Cooking instructions:

Mix the water and cider vinegar together. Measure 125 g pizza base mix and put into a bowl and mix it with the Italian seasoning of your choice. Add the oil, beaten eggs and the water/cider vinegar and mix it to form a smooth dough. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220°C, 200°C Fan, Gas mark 7. Mix the dough a few more times and smooth it out in a big pizza tray (use a baking sheet) TIP: it is much easier to form the dough with wet hands. With the oven at the correct temperature place your
baking tray in the oven. Bake it for 12-14 minutes. When ready add your toppings and bake in the middle of the oven until golden brown. Enjoy it!
