Recipe for 1 bread or 5-6 rolls:

200g bread mix, 220 ml water

Cooking instructions:

Take 200 grams of bread mix. Mix together with 220 g of lukewarm water. Knead until the dough gets a bit airy about 5-10 minutes. Let the dough rest for ½ hour in a warm place. Meanwhile heat up the oven up to 170 Celsius. Form a flat ball or make 5-6 rolls of the dough. Put in the oven for 50 minutes. Let it cool before slice it. Enjoy it!

Note: The flour mixture contains psyllium husks, therefore it is important to drink an adequate amount of water along with or after you have eaten the bread.
